Combatting cybercrime raises a host of ethical issues that corporate executives, government officials, and their legal advisors must address, preferably before an attack occurs.  This panel will address these issues as well as examine the ethics of breach reporting; employee monitoring & big data governance; public-private sector information sharing; and affirmative defenses and other corporate responses to cyber threats.
