Reiss Center on Law and Security was pleased to host Michael Allen, former Director of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and author of the new book Blinking Red: Crisis and Compromise in American Intelligence After 9/11 on November 6, 2013.   Michael Allen discussed some of the most important post-9/11 reforms to the intelligence community—reforms that paved the way for the system of intelligence collection about which we learned a great deal from revelations this past summer.
