The Center on Law and Security was pleased to host John Delong, Director of Compliance at the National Security Agency, to discuss his role regarding surveillance programs. John expounded on the purposes and constraints on the NSA’s activities, as well as the multitude of procedures that all branches of the federal government have put in place to ensure that the programs are operating in accordance with established legal limitations.
