The War on Terror: Twenty More Years?

As the debate over U.S. presidential war powers gains steam in Washington, the Reiss Center co-sponsored a virtual panel discussion and Q&A, jointly organized with Just Security and the International Crisis Group. In “The ‘War on Terror’: Twenty More Years?,” a panel of experts in national security policy and law discussed the legal underpinnings of the “war on terror” and whether our current approach needs an overhaul.
