Even before the election of Donald Trump as President the United States was facing an unprecedented array of geopolitical challenges. From the resurgence of great power conflict with Russia and China, to ever-mutating cyber and terrorism threats, the U.S. and its allies were facing significant uncertainty. That uncertainty has not abated, and this panel will address both the threats and the responses to them, identifying points of continuity and change in the transition from Presidents Obama to Trump.
